Beyond the ordinary

This is where our journey begins. Get to know about Still I Rise and what we do, and how we're committed to quality and great service. Join us as we grow and succeed together. We're glad you're here to be a part of our story.

Built on Experience, Led with Purpose

Still I Rise is led by a team of experienced managers and staff who have spent years working directly with young people in supported accommodation. Our co-directors both began their journeys as support workers in their early twenties and went on to build careers rooted in frontline practice, social work, and leadership within supported accommodation services. The organisation was created with a clear purpose: to provide a higher standard of care than the founders had experienced in previous services.

More Than a Home: Preparing for Life

We don’t just provide accommodation — we offer consistent, aspirational, and holistic support that prepares young people for real independence. Our focus goes beyond day-to-day support to building life skills, confidence, education and employment pathways, and meaningful community connections.

Building a Village of Opportunity

Our ethos is simple: everyone deserves a chance to succeed. This belief extends not only to the young people we support, but also to our staff team, local businesses, and wider community. We aim to be more than a service — we aim to be the village that supports growth, opportunity, and positive futures.

"Staff have a strong understanding of trauma and its impact on young people's behaviour and emotional wellbeing"
