Personal development

Our programs focus on equipping young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed. We provide tailored support to help them achieve their educational, vocational, and personal goals, preparing them for independent living.

Wellbeing and support

We prioritise the wellbeing of our young people by creating safe, supportive spaces where they feel able to share their worries. Our team works closely with each young person and their professional networks to help them access counselling, therapeutic support, and the wider services they need to maintain their emotional wellbeing and move forward positively. Our dedicated team ensures that each young person feels valued, understood, and empowered to overcome challenges.

Transition planning

We work closely with young people to develop comprehensive transition plans that prepare them for independent living. Our support includes assistance with registering for social housing, accessing education, securing employment, and accessing community resources.
