Set the right intentions for 2020!
Kundalini Yoga allows you to tap into a meditative mind. With this mind, you can be intuitive and proactive and receive guidance from your higher self, and your guides and angels. You are able to pick up on energetic signs and look at the bigger picture of your life and the circumstances you face. In this frame of mind, you can better pick up on the flow and create “commitments” or “intentions” that align with your highest path.
When we set “resolutions” we often aren’t aligning with our highest, elevated selves but our ego or what society tells us we should aspire for. We’re asking to heal surface level issues whether that’s our fitness, career or relationship. We like to dig deeper and get to the root of what our true self wants for our deepest experience of life and happiness. Kundalini Yoga helps us tap into our own truth so we can commit to new practices or release anything that no longer serves us in the new year. Mantras, breath-work, Kriyas (sets of exercises) and meditation help us heal and connect to higher frequencies, our true selves and most importantly - our intuition.

4. 11 min Meditation for 3 wishes (Use this momentum to carry on this meditation for 40 days to further cement and achieve a real shift!)
